In4velocity bags Dubai order

Bangalore, Oct. 1

The city-based In4velocity Systems, provider of end-to-end process automation, management and benchmarking software for the real estate and property development industry, has bagged its first order in Dubai from Omniyat Properties of the Omniyat Holdings Group. The licensing and services order, initially valued at over Rs 1 crore, is expected to cross Rs 3 crore by the year-end. “The West Asian market is a major market with a lot of possibilities for expansion. In our estimates, it is worth over $50 million in terms of licensing sales and services as the real estate sector is still booming,” said Mr Rahul Chawla, Chief Executive Officer, In4velocity Systems. The company expects sales worth Rs 8-10 crore by the next calendar year from West Asia. It is also looking out for partners to sell and implement its products in China and West Asia, and is already in the process of identifying partners. The company expects to do business worth $3 million this year, and hopes to double its revenues next year. —
