Coconut output

While the Kerala Government talks much about promoting agriculture, that the State’s production of coconut has fallen (“Kerala’s share in coconut output falls”, Business Line, October 3) is a matter of concern. The reason may be simple — that productivityhas not increased or may have even fallen. Will the Government take urgent remedial measures?
