Mangalore, Oct. 3

Mr M. Balakrishna Padiyar has taken over as Director (Production and Projects) of Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd (KIOCL). A company release said here that Mr Padiyar was earlier General Manager in-charge of Mangalore unit of the company. Mr Padiyar had worked in instrumentation control systems, mining, crushing, conveying, and beneficiation of iron ore units at Kudremukh; and in filter plant, pellet plant and pig iron unit in Mangalore, the release added. —
