Chennai, Oct. 4 Lord Swraj Paul, Indian-born British peer and Chairman, Caparo group, today observed that education was becoming a business in India and was consequently getting politicised. “Both these (trends) are dangerous,” he said, adding that students deserved better.

Lord Paul was here to take part in the inauguration of the group’s manufacturing unit at Sriperumbudur said that India needed to focus more on healthcare.

“Times have changed. India has changed (but) let’s make it better,” he said, underlining the country’s huge potential to grow.
