Inaugurated by Mr Keki Mistry, Managing Director, HDFC, this mega property show will house 42 reputed developers exhibiting over 150 projects from the city and also from Mysore, Hosur, Chennai and Kochi.

It also announced a special interest rate of 10.25 per cent applicable for all loans approved during the show and disbursed on or before November 30.

Some of the leading developers participating in the exhibition include Brigade Group, Mantri Developers, Nitesh Estates, Prestige Estates Projects, Purvankara Projects, Salarpuria Properties, and Sobha Developers.

Mr Mistry said, “Booming industries, stable economic growth, well-planned infrastructure and ample job opportunities attract a large number of youth to Bangalore, which has spurred a healthy demand for residential properties.

This exhibition is our attempt to facilitate home seekers in their buying process, by providing all property related services under the same roof.”

The exhibition will be open between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on October 6 and 7.
