Bharat Earth Movers Ltd is now BEML Ltd. The 45-year-old defence PSU has formally adopted its new name with effect from this month, as per its intimation to the BSE. The company is targeting a turnover of Rs 3,000 crore this fiscal and is aiming to touch Rs 5,000 crore by its golden jubilee in 2013-14.
