WBIDFC’s Rs 1,000-cr bond issue

Kolkata, Oct. 6

West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation (WBIDFC) has concluded a Rs 1,000-crore bond issue. The company, a wholly owned NBFC for the State Government, has in a press release said the issue has set a new record for large-scale mobilisation. The collection came in within an hour of the opening of the offer. WBIDFC has in the past done a number of mega-sized issues. The offer has been priced at 9.1 per cent, 9.2 per cent and 9.3 per cent semi-annual respect ively for five, seven and ten years. .
