Vaibhav Gems to hike share capital

Chennai, Oct 8

Vaibhav Gems Ltd has informed the BSE that members at the EGM on September 27 accorded to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 76 crore comprising 3.1 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each and 45 lakh unclassified shares of Rs 100 each to Rs 86 crore by creation of one crore equity shares of Rs 10 each ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company. - Our Bureau
