Mohit Ind plans to diversify

Mohit Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 15 to consider a change in object clause. The company is currently in the field of textiles and wants to diversify into manufacturing of building materials such as aerated autoclaved concrete blocks and aerocon sandwiched panels using cement, fly ash, . The board will also consider issue of preferential shares to fund this expansion. - Our Bureau
