Gujarat State Petro allots shares

Chennai, Oct 9

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed the BSE that the company’s board has approved allotment of 18,738,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 57.29 per equity share to IFC under the preferential issue of the company. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company has increased from Rs 542,94,01,470 to Rs 561,67,81,470.
