Airlines Marketing - New Products & Services Kingfisher Airlines launches new services Our Bureau Kochi Oct. 10 Kingfisher Airlines has announced the launch of daily direct flights from Kochi to Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode and from Kozhikode to Mangalore and Goa. With the launch of these services, Kingfisher Airlines now connects 32 cities with 200 flights a day on the wings of a fleet of 31 new aircraft, a press release issued here has said. Commenting on the launch of these new routes, Mr Vijay Mallya, Chairman and CEO, Kingfisher Airlines, said: “Kingfisher Airlines has redefined the experience of flying and has come to be regarded as an airline that sets new benchmarks in service excellence for the industry. “Through the launch of this new route, Kingfisher Airlines reaffirms its commitment toward addressing the needs of its guests by providing connectivity between the commercial capital of the country and other cities that are rapidly emerging as centres of economic activity. “The pace of growth of Kingfisher Airlines coupled with a constant endeavour to raise the bar has endeared Kingfisher Airlines to its guests and this is sure to catapult it into the position of a market leader by the year 2010.” Malabar to KonkanMr V. Raja, Vice-President – Sales, South East Asia, Kingfisher Airlines, said: “All our efforts are focused on offering our guests enhanced convenience in terms of connectivity and service.
