Keane recognition for engg colleges

Coimbatore, Oct. 10

US-headquartered Keane Inc has recognised 250 engineering colleges in India for campus recruitment and academic relationship. While this recognition itself is based on certain criteria, Keane has further sub-categorised the colleges into three levels — ‘Platinum Partner’ at the first level, ‘Gold Partner’ and ‘Silver Partner’ in the second and third levels respectively. Thirty of the 250 colleges have been classified as ‘Platinum Partner’. Pollachi-based Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology has, according to sources there, been identified a Platinum Partner.
