Propmart Tech to diversify into layout development

Propmart Technologies Ltd, a Bangalore-based real estate solutions company offering marketing outsourcing to real estate developers, is diversifying into layout development with its first project near Chennai.

Announcing the launch of Propmart’s operations in Chennai, its Chief Executive Officer, Mr R. Balaji, told reporters that the company will start offering its entire range of services in Chennai and has plans to expand into Tier-II cities in Tamil Nadu.

The company, an associate company of Puravankara Projects Ltd, will soon launch a 33-acre layout at Oragadam near Chennai on the road linking Sriperumbudur and GST Road.

This will be the first time Propmart, a service provider to the real estate developers and buyers, is promoting a project, he said.

Propmart, which describes itself as a marketing process outsourcing company, has a presence online ( www.promart.com) and offline. It focuses on the residential segment where it caters to the needs of builders and buyers.

Its services include verification of legal documents, liaison with local authorities, and utility service providers, facilitating bank loans, property registration, retail marketing and tenant identification.
