New Delhi, Oct. 15

Mr Arjun Singh, Minister of Human Resource Development, would lead a delegation to the 34th Session of the General Conference of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), to be held at Paris from October 16 to November 3. The Minister will attend the plenary meeting and the general policy debate being held from October 16-20. He will also attend the bilateral meetings with the Ministers of Education of Afghanistan, Belgium, Brazil, France, Indonesia, Mexico, Nepal and South Africa.
