Bartronics share allotment

Hyderabad, Oct. 17

Bartronics India Ltd has approved a resolution to allot 14.98 lakh equity shares on conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) to Goldman Sachs International and others. These would be to Goldman Sachs International, Credit Suisse (Singapore) and Bears Sterns International at a conversion price of Rs 140. The company in a statement to BSE informed that the decision to allot shares was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. A s per the arrangement, Goldman Sachs International, on conversion of 10,00,000 FCCBs, was allotted 29,96,562 shares, Credit Suisse (Singapore) 29,96,564 shares and Bear Stearns Securities Corp 2,99,656 shares.
