Telecommunications ‘Spectrum meet did not take place’ New Delhi, Oct. 17 The proposed meeting between the Communications and IT Minister, Mr A. Raja, and National Security Advisor, Mr Narayanan, did not take place on Wednesday. The meeting was called to discuss the issue of spectrum vacation by the defence forces. When contacted, the Minister’s office confirmed that the meeting did not happen though they did not assign any specific reason.
