Indoco plans tie-up with US co

Chennai, Oct 18

Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at a meeting on October 18 approved a proposal for entering into a partnership arrangement with Amneal Corporation, US to develop and manufacture ophthalmic formulations for marketing in the US. This arrangement will help increase the future turnover and business of the company in the world’s largest pharmaceutical market. The shares of the company closed at Rs 276.75, down 0.38 per c ent, on the BSE on Thursday.
