Sujana Towers debentures

HYDERABAD: Sujana Towers Ltd (STL) has decided to issue 8 lakh optionally fully convertible debentures of Rs 100 each to IFCI Ltd, Hyderabad, the company has informed the BSE in a notice. In another resolution, the board also okayed the proposal for issue of 80 lakh compulsorily convertible warrants of Rs 5 each at a premium of Rs 135 per warrant to the promoters group through preferential issue. — Our Bureau
