Subhkam Ventures, a private equity player, has invested Rs 33.6 crore in MSK Projects (India) Ltd through their investment entity Subhkam Holding Private Ltd. By subscribing to 40-lakh shares under preferential allotment, their holding in the company has now increased from 8.8 per cent to 24.26 per cent. SHPL will make an offer to acquire 20 per cent of equity capital of the company pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI takeover guidelines. —
