Mergers & Acquisitions 2Wire acquires Kenati Tech Pune Oct. 25 2Wire, provider of broadband service delivery platforms, has acquired Campbell headquartered (California) Kenati Technologies, provider of home networking software products and services. It has a research and development facility in Pune. According to Mr Andy Chinmulgund, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Kenati, who is now the Vice-President, software and applications strategy, 2Wire, this acquisition would provide an immediate expansion of 2Wire’s existing portfolio of products and services while improving time to market for next-generation managed digital home media and home services applications designed for telecom operators. 2Wire provides global telecom carriers with broadband products, software, and service platforms that enable an integrated triple play of networked data, voice, and media services.
