State Bank of Hyd, NBHC in pact
Hyderabad, Oct. 26
State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) and National Bulk Handling Corporation (NBHC) inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for collateral management services. As per the MoU, NBHC would provide collateral management services for increasing SBH’s credit portfolio under commodity backed warehouse receipt financing. This would benefit farmers, processors, millers and traders in availing credit facilities from the bank by storing their commodities in NBHC warehouses. Other se
rvices such as quality testing and certification, fumigation, pest control, early warning signals for on price fluctuations and insurance against fire/burglary would also be extended by NBHC, according to a release. —
