NCCL net flat at Rs 33.65 cr

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd's (NCCL) net profit increased marginally to Rs 33.65 crore in the second quarter ended September 2007 as against Rs 32.75 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal. The turnover grew by 4 per cent at Rs 678 crore (Rs 653 crore). The EBITDA stood at Rs 84.83 crore (Rs 61.78 crore) showing 37 per cent growth. In the half year, the turnover was at Rs 1,440 crore (Rs 1,305 crore) marking a 10 per cent growth. The Hyderabad-based company secured orders aggregating Rs 3,088 crore in the first half and the order book stood at Rs 9,004 crore as on September 30, 2007, according to a release. - Our Bureau
