HCL hub in Madurai

Madurai, Nov 1 HCL Technologies Ltd. will be setting up a ‘HCL Technology Hub’ in Madurai on a 60-acre land near Madurai Kamaraj University that would become operational in the year 2009.

HCL has earmarked about Rs 1,000 crore to set up technology hubs in Nagpur, Lucknow and Chennai. The first hub was inaugurated at Noida.

The hubs will be the crucible of knowledge sharing, fermentation of ideas and the incubation and development of powerful next-generation intellectual property, focussing on developing technologies for the future.
