The Hindu Business Line : Vodafone’s Diwali bonanza

Vodafone Essar has announced a surprise Diwali bonanza for its new and existing customers, with prizes totalling Rs 20 crore that can be won between November 1 and 30, on new connections, recharges and bill payments. New pre-paid and post-paid customers will be eligible for the promotional offer like free night calls, free or discounted local Vodafone-to-Vodafone calls, or free SMS on purchase of a new connection. Existing pre-paid customers will enjoy full talk-time on Rs 351 recharge while existing post-paid customers will get an assured gift of one of the promotional packs, on bill payments by due date, the company said in a release here. In addition, all new and existing customers are eligible to win free talk-time up to Rs one lakh, Mr Harit Nagpal, Director-Marketing, and New Business, said. —
