Aruna Hotels tie-up with Fortune Park

Chennai, Nov. 5

The Chennai-based Aruna Hotels is to enter into an agreement with Fortune Park Hotels Ltd for managing Aruna Hotels. According to information provided by Aruna Hotels to the stock exchange, its board has approved a proposal to enter into an arrangement with Fortune Park Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels Ltd, for branding, marketing and management of its hotel. According to company officials, Aruna Hotels is a 93-room hotel with one restaurant and one coffee s hop. It comes under the 3-4 star category. Fortune Park Hotels is a hotel management company with 16 operating hotels and eight more under various stages of completion.
