Quick Heal bets on ‘on site’ support

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore, Nov. 7 Pune-based Quick Heal Technologies has emerged as a ‘desi’ company in the security software products domain.

Its unique selling proposition, unlike its competitors in the anti virus security solutions space, is in providing ‘on site’ support, says Quick Heal’s Area Business Manager Mr Sachin Mahajan.

The company has rolled out 11 products in Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali apart from English thus far.

The 12th, which is a PC to Mobile virus scan product, is expected to be launched on November 22.

Elaborating on the product range, Mr Mahajan said the company offered the total security suite including security solutions for mail servers and enterprise security solutions.

“Quick Heal Messenger, Quick Heal Sensor and the recent DNAScan enable the company to detect unknown malwares without signature updates in real time.”

The company is eyeing the Small Office Home Office and SMB segment.
