Advertising Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions US ad agency starts India ops Chennai, Nov. 7 The US-based advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy (W+K) has set up its first office in India by merging operations with the New Delhi-based creative agency ‘A’. According to a press release, A’s Founding partners Mr V. Sunil and Mr Mohit Jayal will join W+K as profit-sharing partners and its current clients and staff would follow suit in the transition. The merged entity called W+K Delhi will begin servicing the recently bagged Nokia account. A’s clien ts include Royal Enfield Motorcycles, HCL Technologies, A1 Grand Prix Team India and IndiGo airline.
