Lower offtake: Chilli powder and chilli displayed at a retail outlet in Kochi, Kerala. Chilli prices are currently witnessing a downtrend on higher arrivals and weak domestic demand. Spot prices are ruling around Rs 40 a kg. In the futures, November contracts are quoting at Rs 4,341 a quintal. –
