Coimbatore, Nov. 12 Ansal Housing & Construction has performed bhoomipujan of ‘Ansal Town’ at Rewari (Haryana). The integrated township is strategically located close to the Delhi — Jaipur highway. The project is expected to have a turnover of nearly Rs 150 crore over the next 2-3 years with sizeable profit.

Everonn Systems India has signed an MoU with HAPP (Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project) Tiruchi to manage the entire operations of its school with 350 students from Class I to Class X. Everonn’s guidance for the year would be Rs 80 crore on the top line with profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 10.8 crore.

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd’s board of directors has approved the proposal to increase the authorised capital to Rs 50 crore from the present Rs 33 crore. It also took on record the business plan of Pyramid Saimira Productions Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, to make an IPO shortly and approved the acquisition of a company engaged in media space.
