Royal Orchid buys Bangalore hotel
Bangalore, Nov. 13
Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed the Bombay
Stock Exchange that as part of its expansion plans,
its subsidiary Icon Hospitality Pvt Ltd has acquired Hotel
Royal Orchid Central for Rs 82 crore. When contacted,
company officials were not available for comment. Hotel
Royal Orchid Central, located in the central business
district area of Bangalore, has 130 deluxe category rooms
with two fine dining restaurants, a bar and other facilities.
