GIC Housing Fin to add 30 offices this fiscal

Madurai, Nov 14 GIC Housing Finance plans to open 30 more offices during this fiscal, of which two would be in Tamil Nadu , according to Mr M. Sivaraman, Managing Director.

The company has offices at present in 24 locations.. With the demand for housing increasing, the company is poised for a significant growth. It has been growing at the rate of 50 per cent, he said at a press conference here.

He said that GIC occupied the fourth slot in the housing sector, after HDFC, LIC Housing Finance and Dewan Housing Finance. Together, they commanded 70 per cent of the share in the market, he observed.
