Southern Online to raise Rs 50 cr

Hyderabad, Nov. 15

Southern Online Bio Technologies has decided to raise Rs 50 crore to set up a second bio-diesel unit in Visakhapatnam. The board has decided to raise the funds to set up a 250-tonne capacity plant, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday. It could be through a variety of option including rights issue, public issue and preferential issue. - Our Bureau
