Seminar on HR management

The Kochi-based Business School IBS will hold a
one-day seminar here on November 20 on `Demand
driven workforce management - The emerging HR
imperative for India'.
The seminar, according to an
official release, introduces the concept of workforce
management and the role of information technology in
facilitating it. Leaders from various industries will share
the platform to discuss the benefits of this new evolving
concept and how it could help in bridging the gap
between HR and operations.
The seminar shall also grasp
the importance of aligning HR strategies with business
strategy and to recognise the waves of change, it added. -
