Call rates end lower

Mumbai, Nov. 16

The inter-bank call rates closed lower at 7.75-8 per cent on Friday, against the previous close of 7.85-8 per cent. In the first three-day repo auction the central bank received and accepted 28 bids for Rs 30,655 crore. There was no reverse repo bid. The CBLO market saw 439 trades aggregating Rs 26,450.75 crore in the 6.05-8 per cent range.
