Jataayu’s IMPS for Saudi Telecom

Bangalore, Nov. 16

Bangalore-based Jataayu Software and Ericsson have launched mobile instant messaging and presence service for Saudi Telecom Company. “Besides knowing the availability of their friends through the presence service, messaging offers features such as threaded communication, group communication etc., and all of these in Arabic, which are sure to be a big hit with our demanding users and add to our VAS revenue. Ericsson and Jataayu have done a tremendous job in deliverin g the solution in line with our expectations,” said Mr Turki Altoaimi, Marketing, Saudi Telecom Company, in a release. “Jataayu’s IMPS has already established a new benchmark for the Mobile IM Community – in performance and usability. After meeting the stringent go to market requirements of Saudi Telcom Company, we are now committed to ensure that IMPS is a hit with end users ,” said Mr Mayank Sharma, President-Mobile Operator Solutions, Jataayu, in a release. —
