Chennai, Nov. 23 Amrutanjan Ltd, in technical collaboration with US-based Back to Young LLC, has promoted a new company called Holistic Beauty Care Ltd with an authorised capital of Rs 1 crore.

The company will initially carry on the business of pain relief and wellness through a chain of spas under the brand name ‘Osmosis’. The first such spa has been inaugurated at Chennai at an investment of about Rs 1 crore.

The spa will initially provide pain relief treatment for migraine and tension headaches, non-surgical fat burning treatments for weight loss (lipodissolve), and focus on reducing wrinkles through various techniques like botox and restylane injections, Mr K.N. Srikanta, Vice-President (Business Development), Amrutanjan, told Business Line.

The spa will later look at dispensing health and cosmetic products.

More spas are planned in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and other cities in a phased manner, with each of them requiring investments of under Rs 1 crore, Mr Srikanta said.

Back to Young would provide all technological support for this venture.
