Suryalata EGM approves de-merger

Hyderabad, Nov. 24 The extraordinary general meeting of Suryalata Spinning Mills has approved the scheme of de-merger, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Saturday. The meeting was convened following an order of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to consider and approve the proposed scheme of arrangement between the company and Suryaamba Spinning Mills and their respective shareholders. —
