Tyche Peripheral to issue $25-m FCCBs

Hyderabad, Nov. 27 Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the company has approved issue of FCCBs (foreign currency convertible bonds) worth $25 million along with a decision to hike the authorised capital from Rs 20 crore to Rs 50 crore.

The company members through a postal ballot have passed these two enabling resolutions along with few others. These include appointment of Mr Vinay Maloo, Mr Vinod Kapur, Mr J.M. Lodha, Mr Ram PGS and Mr Naseem Ahmed as Directors and preferential allotments.

The company management and control has changed in favour of Oriental Holdings Ltd. And it is now proposed to issue warrants to Oriental Holdings Ltd on preferential basis along with warrants to Promoters and promoters group.

Alongside, it has been proposed to issue warrants to Square Moon Consultancy Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.
