Sterlite Optical Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that the allotment committee of the board approved and allotted to Twin Star Overseas Ltd, Mauritius, a promoter entity, 28 lakh shares towards third and final tranche of preferential allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants made to promoters at Rs 100 per share as approved by shareholders in March 2006.
