HMT (I) gets Star Performance award
Bangalore, Nov.27
HMT (International), a wholly-owned subsidiary of
HMT Ltd has been honoured with the Star
Performance award in the category of Project Exports
during the year 2005-06.
The award instituted by the Regional Engineering Export Promotion Counicil,
Chennai, was received by the Mr A.V. Kamat, Chairman
and Managing director of HMT Ltd from the Chief
Minister of Puduchery, Mr N. Rangasamy, at a function
held recently.
This is HMT (I)'s 50th award for consistent
performance in engineering exports. HMT (I) exports a
wide variety of machine tools, covering conventional and
computer numerically controlled machines (CNC)
manufactured by HMT Machine Tools Ltd and other
