Gateway Distriparks, in response to a NSE query regarding news about stake sale by the promoters, has said that these reports are not based on facts and are speculative in nature.

NEPC India said that NEPC Solar Power System has received favourable market acceptance and has been able to garner a 30 per cent market share in Northern India. It is planning a marketing strategy to access customers in the South. NEPC has also developed a wide range of models with higher capacities and the product range has huge market potential to cater to high capacity requirements of “Solar Dual Power System” with a market potential to achieve 40-50 per cent market share by mid-2008. The company has proposed to establish a modern production facility to manufacture Thin Film Solar Photo Voltaic Modules which is considered to be an advanced technology to generate cost effective power, and cater to the high demand for Solar PV modules globally. It has proposed to augment funds by way of GDR / FCCB issue for an amount up to $150 million.

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has received the confirmation from Kubota – Japan, a globally renowned manufacturer of tractors, that it will be sourcing 40,000 tractor wheel rims, valued at over Rs 8 crore , from it for its new plant in Thailand.
