Fall in exports: Workers engaged in manufacturing coir mat at a unit in Alappuzha, Kerala. Coir and coir products exports declined by Rs 56.62 crore during April-October this year as the rupee gained against the dollar. This unit value realisation for coir products slipped by Rs 5,352.69 to Rs 32,296.88, according to the Coir Board. –
