BEFI supports bank strike

Hyderabad, Dec. 2

The Bank Employees Federation of India, Andhra Pradesh, has extended support to the strike call of the employees and officers of associate banks of State Bank of India (SBI) on December 3 and 4, 2007, according to a release. The staff of the associate banks had given the strike call opposing the merger of associate banks with SBI. - Our Bureau
