Mr Rajesh Mehta

Bangalore, Dec. 5

Jewellery manufacturer Rajesh Exports has launched nine brands of diamond studded jewellery. Apart from launching these in its Laabh and Shubh jewellery outlets in the country later this month, the company plans to take these abroad next year. “Initially, we will launch these brands in 15 countries in the US, Europe, West Asia and Far East in January, starting with New York mostly. We plan to market our brands through two leading jewellery chains or jewellers in each country. Our target is to be present in 100 countries in three years,” said Mr Rajesh Mehta, Chairman, Rajesh Exports. About Rs 75 crore will be invested on both the national and global initiatives. The nine brands are Harmony, Eternal, Solitaire, I-teen, Filigree, Southern, Ghazal, Aishwarya and Sushmita. The diamond jewellery has been designed by international designers and the in-house R&D team of Rajesh Exports, and manufactured using 18K gold.
