Call rates lower

The inter-bank call rates closed lower at 7-7.10 per cent against the previous close of 7.60-7.70 per cent. In the first one-day repo auction under Liquidity Adjustment Facility, the Reserve Bank of India received and accepted two bids for Rs 135 crore. There was no reverse repo bid. The CBLO market saw 545 trades aggregating Rs 40,554.40 crore in the 6.10-7.40 per cent range. - Our Bureau
