Women leadership summit

Nasscom (National Association of Software and Service Companies) has announced the second annual IT Women Leadership Summit 2007 to be held in Bangalore on December 12-15. “This year’s summit in addition to several focussed tracks will see the first ever corporate awards for excellence in gender inclusivity,” a Nasscom release said. The summit will also highlight policies and best practices that will promote gender inclusivity in the IT BPO workforce and strategies for creating more women leaders. —
