Development Beyond Learning (DBL), an Australian firm engaged in corporate training and development, has opened its first centre in India at Pune, and has plans to extend its operations to cities such as Mumbai, Nasik, Hyderabad, Chennai and New Delhi.

Ms Darshana Wadnere, Managing Director, DBL India, said that over 250 modules of training and 35 pre-designed programs would be offered by the company here. These would be on leadership, executive motivation, customer service, communication, processes and planning, presentation skills, business writing and six sigma lean.

The programs for DBL’s Indian clients would be executed by a team of trainers from Australia till local trainers came on par with the company’s international standards.
