Reliance Brands, Sixty Group tie up

Mumbai, Dec. 11

Reliance Brands Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ltd) has announced a 51:49 joint venture with the fashion house Sixty Group, in which the latter will hold a majority stake. Originality, creativity, quality and experimentation are the key values of the Sixty Group, both for the fashion brands Miss Sixty, Energie, Killah and Sixty and the authentic wear Murphy&Nye, Refrigwear, Richlu & Baracuta. Each brand has its own distinct identity & personality. Si xty Group brands are sold worldwide in 7,000 point of sales in more than 100 countries.
