Coimbatore, Dec 11 Gitanjali Gems Ltd has priced its $180 million GDR offering (including an over-allotment option of up to $30 million) at $9.67 per GDR. Each GDR represents one equity share of nominal value of Rs 10. The issue was priced on December 11.The GDRs are proposed to be listed on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Jet Airways India Ltd has said that following the purchase agreement signed in October 2005 with Airbus S.A.S. Toulouse, for ten Airbus 330-200 aircraft, the company has now exercised an ‘option’ to acquire five additional A330-200 aircraft scheduled to be delivered from October 2009 to First Quarter of 2011. These aircraft are being acquired to maintain and expand the company’s domestic and international operations.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Agreement for purchase of 29,990 DWT petroleum tanker vessel, built in 1995, at a cost of about Rs 60 crore.
