Leyland launches vehicle

Vijayawada, Dec. 13 Ashok Leyland launched a new commercial vehicle (3121 H multi-axle vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of 31 tonnes) here on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Mr Vinod Dasari, Chief Executive Officer, said that the company had first introduced MAVs into the Indian market and “the new vehicle is yet another example of its ability to listen to the voice of customers and develop a new product.”

The customers would find it an economic proposition, “as it facilitates carrying of 25 per cent extra load and much faster turnaround time,” Mr Dasari added.
